Everyone at the office was beyond pleasant! The gal at the front desk was very professional very thorough and very friendly. Robyn, the tech who did my eye exam was outstanding. She is pleasant. She is funny she’s very professional, and she just has a wonderful personality that puts you at ease instantly and she gave me a fantastic eye exam. I then went in to see Dr. Patel who is a sweetheart; she is personable. She knows her business she takes the time to talk with you. I highly recommend Sight MD Connecticut.

On the day of my visit, the office was inundated with emergency patients and a little understaffed but the staff that was there (Robin, Jen & Heather) were amazing and handled everything in a timely manner. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen on time. Dr. Patel was very kind and attentive to my health concerns, offering me various treatment options and services. I felt heard and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the staff at the Torrington CT Sight MD.
