Unable to reach by phone to confirm that my mother’s appointment is indeed in a new location. I was on hold over 15 minutes, then advised to leave a message, then advised the voicemail was full. Terrible customer service! Why would they schedule her in a different location without advising us? I guess we will go to the new location today and see what happens.

My wife says the staff and doctors are great! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It's a very nice Large facility. They also have what appears to be a commercial Keurig machine in the waiting area for your use. I say appears as I'm not a coffee drinker so not familiar with the devices.
