My gf sees him and he is an awesome doctor! Emphasis is on being a 'people person' answering all of my questions! Morgan in front takes office calls and She too takes 100% customer care! If you need them, I highly recommend them!

If you want the best retina Dr./office for your eyes - this is it. The negative reviews on here are people complaining about how much time they had to wait in the waiting room for their appointment - which is no reflection on the Dr.'s abilities - which is what this should be about. Dr. Fox is extremely thorough and the entire staff was attentive and kind. I know that at any given time, the Dr.'s are dealing with emergency situations, which is most likely the cause of some of the wait times. Just my opinion, but I would be happy to wait an extra hour or two if someone needed emergency txmt. Someday, that might be me that needs it.

I have been seen by Retina Associates at this location twice and the Lenexa one once. Each time I came in, it was because my optometrist sent me and the Retina Associates office also insisted on it as "urgent" due to symptoms. It was very inconvenient for me to be there each time I went, but I did anyways because being able to see is quite important. Plus when they say "it can't wait til Monday", you listen! However, each time I was there and again explained the same symptoms to the actual doctor, I was treated with skepticism and a dismissive attitude, like "why are you even here". The 2nd time I was there they finally looked hard enough and found something... but only after my insistence that my optometrist saw something and would not have sent me for no reason. I don't generally give bad reviews and I try to give people grace, but three different visits with 2 different doctors and it's all been the same. So, if you want to be treated with disdain and waste your time, go ahead and use their services. Otherwise, 0/10, do not recommend. At all. **Shout out to the initial intake/triage person who's name begins with A. She was great and made me laugh when I was anxious.

I've been going to this place for almost a year now and always been treated the best! Yesterday I had a appt to get injections in both eyes. My son dropped me off and went to get him some lunch. Unfortunately he broke down and now momma was alone in the city and 2 hours away from home. The 2 ladies working the desk that helped me download a app for a Uber and got me to my son. The 2 ladies knew this was my 1st time and that I was a little scared. The 3 ladies walked me out to the Uber to make sure I was safe and for that I wil be forever grateful! I want to say thank you 2 those 2 for going the extra mile when u didn't have to! Long story short my oldest came and fixed the car along with their father and we made it home safe 🙏 ty ❤️

The scheduling service was bad. When making an appointment, most of staffs are not patient and rude, after providing 2 appointment dates and times, they would say the last time was the only time available, no other time was available, even the first appointment time that they just said would be not open. They are not patient and only said ONLY the last appointment time would open, not any other available. When you call them and want to reschedule, always not available time. But when the office want to reschedule your appointment, they will have available time.

We love the location of the building and how the actual office is located immediately to your left as you walk into the building. The only thing that could maybe be changed/added is a few more Handicap Parking spaces in front of the building!

Had to have a bunch of tears fixed in my right eye, which they just used the laser right in the officer to repair the tears. My left eye had a complete retinal detachment, so I had to come back the following morning to the Surgery Center. This place is fantastic for the work they do they know exactly what they're doing.

Dr Fox and his assistant were condescending, rude, and had snotty remarks to questions. Would not recommend anyone seeing him. My father saw him after an eye surgery and neither him nor my mother had one good thing to say about him.

Waited three months for this appointment. Doctor looked at my file for maybe 30 seconds, told me my retina wasn’t scarred (not the issue I was trying to figure out) and then proceed to very condescendingly tell me that what I am experiencing is normal, as if it was stupid that I was there. I was given no follow up guidance as to next steps and was treated like it was ridiculous that i was there to be seen, despite the fact that the doctor admitted it could have been caused from head trauma. If you are annoyed to have someone coming to you for help you should find another job. So unprofessional and horrible. I have never been treated like this at a medical facility before. Please listen to these reviews and go somewhere else.

After reading these reviews I was skeptical about my appointment, after receiving treatment I will say these reviews are not typical. I was in and out in reasonable time and the staff was attentive to my every need, excellent experience and would recommend this service

I recently suffered a detached retina. Dr Dan Feiler recognized the seriousness of the situation and had me in surgery an hour later. He's caring, friendly and competent. He explained everything well and had great follow-up. I'm glad he was my doctor.

Egregious wait times!! Please don’t schedule an appointment unless you have nothing else to do that day. In January I booked an appointment for 8/17 at 11:30am. I get a call 3 days before my appointment asking if I can be moved up to 11:00am. I arrive at my Newley scheduled time and it’s been an hour and a half and I’m just being seen. Due to their poor scheduling the rest of my afternoon appointments are thrown off.

was referred to this place from my eye doctor as well Been there twice recently with issues in my left eye. The doctor didn't seem too concerned about the symptoms and concerns I had and it was not very nice at all when I was trying to explain my problem like he didn't want to hear it. He barely examined my eye and said he found nothing wrong All he did was prescribe me some eye drops for dry eye Some people are just all about the money these days and treat you like a number instead of a human being. I will not be paying my bill nor will I be returning this place. I'll have to go to a doctor who actually seems concerned and want to help.

I was referred to this place by my eye doctor after a routine checkup. Their administration staff is awful. Paperwork was never mailed to me and everytime I called to setup an appointment, I never got a call back. What’s the point? Dr. Fox is my grandmother’s eye doctor so I thought, why not? It is beyond disappointing. Do better.

If you want excellent care for retinal conditions; clinical expertise of the doctors, I highly recommend this practice. The visit process is efficient, and prompt screening and testing. The staff are very professional and courteous. My doc was smart, straight forward and considerate. The practice worked with my financial challenges, and did not pressure me to pay and kept providing services, without question!

No stars for this place today! I waited almost 2 hours to see a Dr yesterday! I was told after waiting the first hour that her was “on call”! Have never heard of a Dr who is scheduled with appointment being “on call” After finally being placed in the exam room and waiting for another 1/2 hr the Dr came in, introduced himself, I shook hands with him and greeted him the. Said I had been waiting a long time! He said he was “on call and I had patients, it’s not my fault”) , no I’m sorry for the long wait! I perceived a real attitude from him so told him I wouldn’t want him to do surgery on my eyes ( because of his stinky attitude) and walked out! I know he’s a Dr, does courtesy and common decency get waived because he is a DR? I’m quite certain my referring Dr ( at the same office) would not approve of him talking to a patient in that manner! His “I had patients “ was unacceptable , what am I? Obviously not as important as his Patients!
