I was seen at Retina Associates of Greater Philadelphia by Dr Jonathan Belmont on 2/27/23. I was having flashes & floaters with blurry vision. Dr Belmont did a very thorough exam on my eye & found that I had a retinal tear. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I needed to have a laser treatment to keep the tear from getting worse. Dr Belmont was just wonderful. He talked to me while performing the procedure to occupy my mind so that I wouldn’t concentrate on what was happening while he was doing the laser. The technicians Erin & Shannon were so good to me making me feel very comfortable throughout my visit, ensuring me that they would be numbing my eye & that Erin would be there with me during the procedure. I am grateful to everyone for their kindness. To go in knowing there is something wrong with your vision is scary & Dr Belmont along with his staff made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease.

I'm incredibly impressed with this office! The staff are knowledgable, patient, warm, and friendly. They make you feel right at home. I took my grandmother here and they made sure to explain everything to both of us, and calmed her nerves and anxiety–it can be scary when dealing with something so important as your eye health.
