I love the doctor here. he is smart and capable and detailed in his work. I felt safe in his hands. Trying to pay a bill with them is another story. I got someone in the Philippines trying to pay my co-insurance portion. The office staff seems nice, but I called them and was placed on hold to pay my bill and they left me on hold and went to lunch and left me there 15 minutes waiting. This is the Santa Ana Office. I finally hung up, called back and they were at lunch. If I patient calls to pay their bill its important to take the call and take their payment. Their Billing service is not good at all. Again, all the personal stuff the guy in the Philippines was asking me seemed like he wanted to steal my personal info. The office left me on hold and went to lunch when I called them to settle this. They say they have online bill pay, but their bills have no pay number on them and it appears you need to set up some account and payments are not tied to you and will go in the abyss.

This is an awesome facility with top-notch doctors. I found a place to be clean and organized and very well Run. Everything is run in an orderly fashion, and it was very quick to get in complete my testing see the doctor and be on my way. The doctor took the time to explain every test to me and show me my results. I am completely happy with the retina Institute and especially Dr. Gupta.

The staff are very caring & makes one feel at ease. The procedure performed on my left eye was a complete success. My vision on both eyes are now equal. My opinion it’s a miracle. Thank you 🙏. I recommend your services to anyone with eye problems. …
