I have been seen by your office for over a year first being in Modesto and now Fairfield. The front office staff is night and day . In Modesto they are pleasant and engaging. Today in Fairfield the receptionist was not pleasant. When you as a patient say Good morning and you are nervous as it us you expect the same kindness from the medical staff especially A simple Good morning.
