If I could leave less than one star I would. This place has the worst scheduling imaginable. Not only are there multiple doctors that only work specific days - so you won’t see the same doctor twice depending on when you can even get an appointment, but they clearly overbook for the doctors that are there. The wait time every time that we’ve come here for an appointment has been over two hours. With this appointment in the calendar we know that the whole day is going to be spent waiting in this hectic office for a doctor to glance at our information and spend two minutes with us. It’s demoralizing and has caused us to have to seek medical attention elsewhere.

I visited RC just one time for routine retina check. Saw Mr. H. T. who did ultrasound scan and Tech women who take pictures. As a result immediately after visit I got floaters. Never had floaters before. I called them in 1 month asking to speak with office manager to follow up and find why I got floaters. Frontdesk person refuse to connect to manager, instead they gave me Tech who was not able answer my questions. He said: "I am not docror". I again asked for manager, after that office manager Heather called me and said that doctor will call me. But doctor never call me. Nothing personal, people who have floaters will understand me. One star is too much for this kind of medical services.

I see one of their doctors for the macular degeneration injection once a month for one eye and every eight weeks for the other eye, at the Advanced eye care office in Bennington,VT. The retina Dr's are all very caring and professional. Everyone is always polite and I rarely have to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room.
