I have seen Dr. Kenneth Fung several times. There is usually about an hour-long wait for the appointment, yet the doctor himself spends no more than 10 minutes with you. Explanations are brief and superficial, with no willingness whatsoever to go into detail. His behavior is disrespectful; when I try to ask clarifying questions, the doctor simply stands in the doorway—clearly signaling that he is in a rush to get to the next patient—and answers while on the move. Handling the language barrier: I communicate through an official interpreter. The doctor’s behavior was so chaotic and dismissive that even the interpreter didn't know how to react. This shows a lack of respect not only for me but also for the professional brought in to assist. Questionable professionalism: My last appointment was terrible. The doctor was extremely irritable, and for some of my questions, he started looking up answers on ChatGPT right in front of me—which looks completely incompetent for a doctor of his level. I was prescribed medications that caused severe side effects. When I tried to get more information about this, the doctor simply brushed me off: "If you don't want to take them, don't; I'll refer you to another doctor if you won't listen to me." I pay for the appointment and expect a proper consultation, answers to my questions, and professional care—not careless responses delivered while standing in the doorway. I am very dissatisfied with Dr. Kenneth Fung. If your job and the people you deal with irritate you, perhaps you should consider a different profession.

Dr Fung is great. Had some issues lately when calling to make appointments with Chris in scheduling. He's a bit blunt and impatient but then gets all nice when you're finishing up the conversation. Would much appreciate if he would look at things from the patient's side not just from his side. Be friendly be helpful and patient with people that need to fit appointments into busy lives.

Although the doctor is wonderful. I had an appointment at 9:20. The room was packed with other people waiting to be seen. Three of them that I spoke to had appointments at the very same time with the very same doctor. How can the same doctor see all of us at the same time. I didn’t get called for the first of two different pre-screenings until 9:50. Then I didn’t see the doctor until approximately another 30 minutes. I ended up at that appointment, approximately 1 and 45 minutes. I did not expect this. This caused me to miss a business appointment I had. Very disappointed at the lack of respect for my time.

The staff are always welcoming and efficient. The doctors are friendly, efficient, and always tell you what is going to happen next. They are thorough and explain what your issues are, what you can do to minimize these as well. I highly recommend them for anyone experiencing issues with your eyes.

Dr. Ko and his staff are knowledgeable and very patient to get you signed in for your appointment. Very busy lobby though was manage quite well.

I’m beyond grateful and pleased for the amazing team here. I had to be evaluated on an emergency basis and they got me in right away. Everyone was so kind and professional. I highly recommend them. I will definitely keep my eye care here.
