I initially called this practice on a holiday because of my scary symptoms. The doc on call responded to my message within 15 minutes, and I wasn't yet a patient of theirs! He was reassuring and instructed me to call the next day to be squeezed in out of an abundance of concern. During my appointment, from the beginning to the end, was a great experience. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. The technicians were terrific. I have lots of anxiety and found them to be very compassionate and understanding. Their demeanor helped me to relax because I felt well taken care of and heard. The doctor was super thorough. He wanted to make sure he was complete in his evaluation. I would highly recommend this practice! I'm a healthcare professional and know good care when I experience it.
