I have been to see Dr. Lee three times in the last 6 months for a retina condition and Dr. Lee and the staff were kind, professional and demonstrated a high sense of urgency for patient care. I see a lot of negative reviews and I get it, it is very frustrating to wait hours to see a doctor.I would be willing to wait all day to save my vision and have Dr. Lee as my surgeon. His predecessor, Dr. O’Malley saved my eyesight over 20 years ago after an almost full retina detachment. They never gave up on me and I have almost 20/20 vision in my left eye. Dr. Lee was there at the time, and 20 plus years later I wouldn’t want anyone else to perform retina surgery on me. A bit of advice, don't show up super early and set expectations for yourself that you will to be out of commission for the day. You may actually be done sooner than you think. I have waited longer at my regular eye doctor for my annual exam. Remember, your eyes have to be dilated which takes time, the eye drops don’t work instantly. Also, he sees patients that come in for emergency detachments and vision loss. Imagine the stress and pressure the staff feels daily. I appreciate and thank them all for their hard work and dedication. My only suggestion to Dr. Lee would be to train and mentor another surgeon so you can pass down your knowledge and skills.

Office needs to learn time management. The Dr needs to release control of managing time and let the girls in the office do it. You will be waiting 3+ hours beside even being seen. You cannot schedule 5+ people for the same time with only 1 dr!
