Appears this place overschedules. It took almost one hour just to start the process - get eyes dilated. They should do better job of managing their wait time or do better in setting expectations. Most of the patients have people waiting to drive them home.

I would agree with others' comments about over scheduling. This office is very busy and definitely has a rushed vibe. Techs are also a bit rude. If you don't want to sit in a waiting room and waste a bunch of time, I'd go somewhere else.

I would give a zero star if it existed. Think twice before coming here, there are many other alternative facilities that can provide better service. I found the staff rude and they double book appointments not caring if patients have to wait an hour and half for a 15 minute visit. Instead of being treated as a patient, I felt like I was treated as a wallet distributing money. Follow up visit was unnecessary.
