Dr Brockbank is not only highly qualified but also a thoughtful and kind doctor. He took the time to answer our questions, he treated us so well. We'll be coming back every year!

The front desk lady is annoying and ready to argue .
I took a while to find the building and had to walk a long distance adding i came from a long distance I’ve been in pain since I’m a cancer patient and the treatment dries my Eyes. I apologize and i told her what happened. She didn’t show any empathy at all and just replied that we had to reschedule. she seemed not to care about patients or their health at all . She is so prideful and thinks they are the only eye care facility in the world . I waited so long for an appointment because they are “always booked” ( curious because there was no one when I showed up) , and when I showed up she ended up telling me about a policy they have ( which they never mentioned and wanted to reschedule again) she really wanted to argue and had that attitude. Not coming back at all.

I was honestly really impressed with Dr. Brockbank. He truly looked over my results and symptoms and I could tell he was putting in legitimate effort to understanding me and my vision situation. He asked good questions, took time to thoroughly analyze my results, and has helped me get the help and answers I’ve needed. I know it’s a little silly but in an age where lots of people are losing their faith in doctors and traditional medical care, he has helped restore a bit of mine. A truly stand up physician who knows his stuff and cares about patients.
