My three year old had an appointment this morning with Dr. Rhee. My son typically likes female doctors better, but Dr. Rhee made him feel very comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Rhee explained everything in detail to me so I understood what was going on with my son's eyes. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, I highly recommend them!

Let's see where do I start. I have been going to this place around 2014-2015. Since Covid I had nothing but health problems. Thyroid problems and long haul plus breathing problems on a day to day basis where I can't even function. I've called in advance when I need to reschedule my kids appointment. I either had to cancel because I wasn't functional, or one of my kids was contagious. My kids had strep throat every month for the last eight months because we have a large family and keep getting recurring infections. The lady when I called today was very rude saying she was going to discharge my family because I had to reschedule several times. We are never no shows. I asked her if she wanted to take my kids in if they were contagious and she wouldn't answer. I'm like no answer the question and she finally responds no. Okay then so now I can't cancel several times even when my kids are contagious but then not going even though I cancel gets my family discharged from the practice. At the time of canceling last year for my health I was in the hospital every month and canceled in advance. This place has no care for people. They don't know what people are going through. I've been to several offices that if you cancel in advance you don't risk getting discharged from their practice. This office is a joke. They don't want your kid sick there but you can't reschedule apparently either. Like I said my kids all had strep throat for the past eight months plus Covid and everything else and I'm trying to do my part by not spreading their germs and the office doesn't care. You shouldn't be in a practice if you have no compassion. Quit working with the public. I have doctors notes every time my kids were sick. I just want to go print them off and throw them in her face Edit: Dr. Rhee even said to discharge us. With the office manager saying maybe we hope to change this in future to call off multiple times if the kids are sick. This is laughable. My son is legally blind is left eye and wouldn't even give us drops to get in somewhere else. Not like we haven't rescheduled all our appointments and we were never no shows. Oh well I would rather go to an old ye doctor that spends more than five min in a room with a kid just to get paid.

Dr. Rhee is professional. He is excellent with kids. We have been seeing him for 14 years. Highly recommend.
