From the front desk check-in the check-out desk, my recheck visit was excellent. When I first arrived there was no space in the main waiting room. A staff person saw me looking around, checked my physician's name, and found me a place to sit in another smaller waiting room. I thought I'd be there for many hours but thanks to a fast and friendly staff, I was not left waiting in a queue for the next step for more than a few minutes. My doc is terrific.

I have been with RI Eye Institute for a little over a year. In that time, I have had a number of appointments in preparation for cataract surgery and the follow up. During my recent visit for my annual appointment, I interacted with a number of people before I saw my doctor. From the reception desk, to the technicians who administer the tests, every person was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had. The care I receive is always thoughtful and thorough. I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Cook and the team of professionals at RI Eye.
