Dr. Griffin was very thorough and explained his Rx decisions. The patient staff up front was helpful and welcoming. Having the Optomap exam, negating the need for dialation, is 100% worth it. This is the only place I'll go for an eye exam. Thank you!

The staff and doctor were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating to the fact that we were not using insurance, so did their best to help us find AARP and store 'coupons' that would help keep the costs down.

Much to my surprise Dr. Griffin and his staff were no longer there because he retired. Atmosphere is no longer welcoming. Front desk staff are not at all personable. Instead of using my vision insurance they used my health insurance which was a huge issue for me. Had a payment issue on my end and because they were so rude I’m truly not even considering paying the remainder of my balance. Its not much and I’m sure it wouldn’t effect them in any way but I’m Petty. They discussed my financial issue amongst other patients and could careless about my privacy. Told me they wouldn’t give me my prescription until the 5$ were paid, but jokes on them because I already have my prescription the doctor told me it hadn’t changed. 🙄 will be looking for another eye doctor.

Dr. Griffin was professional and personable as usual.
I was especially impressed with the level of attention from the staff members Kathy (Cathy) and Tiffany.
Tiffany was great! She was patient and helpful and went above and beyond when I needed a second opinion about my choice of frames.

Thank you for the great service. I appreciate all the time the staff and optometrist spent with me diagnosing my problems and helping me select new glasses. I will be certain to recommend your practice to others. :-)

I have used Pearle Vision and Dr. Richard Griffin for the past few years and I am always please. Dr. Griffin and his staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. Then, the staff at pearle vision make choosing and ordering glasses super easy. They will take the time to break down all your options and are up front with costs.

My wait time was a tad bit long. I came about 15 minutes early to my appointment at 3 PM but had to wait until a little after 3:20 PM. At the same token, I understand that COVID makes things a little tough. Also, I really enjoyed being seen by Dr. Rowe!

The receptionist who answered the phone was very personable. The optometry assistant was competent and explained everything to me. He did a great job of getting me ready to see the eye doctor.
My overall experience was great. The Doctor explained everything to me about my glasses and contacts and asked if I had any questions regarding my exam. It was also a very nice touch that they cleaned the equipment in front of you, so you never had to wonder whether it was cleaned prior to you being there. They also provided mini bottles of water and candy while you waited.

The contact fitting was actually worth it. Dr. Griffin was the first person ever to fine tune the prescription after the initial prescription was determined. The result was the best vision from contact lenses I've ever experienced! The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Matthew who helped my wife and me choose our eyeglasses.

Clean office, staff wore masks. I appreciate the optic scan so I don't have to get my eyes dilated. First time ever they were trying to bill my medical insurance which would have cost me more for the same exam I get every year. I have had NIDDM for years so its not a new finding and my eyes are good. So I felt it was a way to bill for more money and I did not appreciate more cost being put towards me. Needless to say, I declined to used medical. I have a free eye exam yearly with my eye insurance.
