Glasses took way longer to get back. I had to call and was told “there was a mess up”. No communication. When I picked them up they were wrong. I asked for a refund and the lady stated “ we do not give refunds.” I never received a receipt that stated this. She said “it will be a quick fix. I’ve been waiting in lobby for 50 min.. this is after being here already over an hour. I would have went back to work but she stayed quick fix. I have never had an experience where I couldn’t get a refund. My lenses were 1k. I asked for my old frames to be used. They put new frames on but then wanted me to pay the difference. The lenses were scratched and my like new frames scratched too. Admended- even though I was refused a refund without signing anything - (nothing is posted on office either ) New frames and lenses were ordered since mine were scratched in the process of switching the lenses in my like new frames. 2 weeks later and I have glasses that are right. So even tho it’s been a month process and I was not able to get a refund- I have glasses that fit and the frames are correct. Thank you.

For ten years I use to see Dr. Durocher when I went for my eye exams. Even with my children they saw him. I now take them to another optometrist due to the changes in doctors. For the last three years I have seen a new doctor and new to the team. I understand change is needed when your business is growing, but when it comes to my eye exams I would prefer to have consistency! Don’t get me wrong, they are nice doctors. My last visit in November 2022 I felt like I wasn’t given all the options for my irritated severe dry eye syndrome. The OTC eye drops were for one week usage and nothing told to do afterwards. Yes, I could call and/or return for another visit, but more details should have been given in the initial visit.

Best Optometrist in W Nashville. Dr. Durocher was professional and quick, (I loathe waiting). Melissa, my optician, was charismatic, patient and has amazing taste... very subtle yet deliberate style that is rarely seen in the wild in TN. She went above and beyond... handling my insane requests/demands w a polite and gracious poise I can't fathom. I'm deliberately difficult on young women in customer service trying to hustle me into spending thousands of $ on some frames I can 3D print for free. Melissa up-sold me the Oliver Peoples shades pictured in this review. I wound't have picked these without her guidance, (I'm neither cool nor hip), and seriously questioned her judgement until deplaning in Aruba... where I bore witness to the shades elevating my game w the ladies...
