Dr. Kaplan is great. I went to his office initially as a referral but ended up having a detachment. From the pre op to post op my experience has been amazing. Dr. Kaplan took great care and took a lot of time finding the best option for me and you know he really cares.

i saw dr kaplan in ny - he is great he solved my blepharitis dont know what this change means but im sure he is good
