I ordered my reading glasses through this eye shop in December 2022. It is now July 2023 and I still have not heard a word one about my reading glasses. This is not my first bad experience with this business. I recommend going anywhere but here.

Wow, just wow.......The staff amazing.....Dr. Martin is just great!!! They just keep getting better. When u run a business, people over profit....You just cant lose. Go here, they are amazing 4 years with them now. My last visit was a couple days ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I CAN SEE! and it didnt take a huge hit to my pocket book. Im blessed!

I gave you guys a terrible review which is now gone. You then didn't contact me but made an appointment without my consent. I don't know where my other review went but Dr Martin is selling sub par glasses.. Mine break within weeks and I don't know why because I am aware they aren't made in house. Then he gave me contacts and it was painfully apparent he was just worried about making the sell. I waited when I needed a refill for 2 weeks and begged staff to reply to me because my mother passed away and my glasses were broke, my contacts had been paid for and I needed to drive. I begged to be told they weren't coming even... anything... my husband walked in and MAGICALLY they'd been delivered "just before" ha! Okay. He didn't instruct me on how the protein levels my eyes produce could affect my contacts or even make me pre disposed for cataracts. I was disappointed at first but now I'm just sort of furious. Who does that? Who makes an appointment without consulting a patient. Wild. Just wild..
