The doctor and all his staff are very good people.

Dr.Munoz and his staff are courteous & professional. Dr.Munoz is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He is knowledgeable and provides you with the information needed so you know your eyes are well taken care of.

Excellent Doctor, and wonderful, and friendly staff. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with Dr. Munoz. He took his time and did a thorough examination of my eyes. He explained everything and was very nice. I did not have to wait long at all. Thank you all for making it a good experience.

I have trusted Dr. Muñoz for years for eye exams. He is fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. I never have to wait long to be seen. I recommend Dr. Muñoz for anyone looking for a new optometrist. He is friendly and has a very clean and welcoming office. 10/10!

I have been coming here for years and the customer service has definitely declined. I am now having issues with insurance coverage when have never had issues in last few years. No insurance coverage change. I had to call and get authorization code and had the have my provider call on three way to give it to them. Same insurance carrier as the 5 years before. This year has been a headache to say the least.i will say that I continue to come here because of Dr. Munoz but I think it’s about time to go elsewhere.

We tried another eye doctor for a couple years and are so glad we decided to come back to Dr. Munoz. Wonderful eye doctor and a very friendly staff.

I've been coming here for contacts for several years and the staff is always very friendly. Dr. Munoz is a great doctor. I just don't' like the wait. Always an hour or more.

Rude lady on the phone. False advertising on which health insurance they take.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON THE OPTICAL SIDE. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO FILL OUT A REPAIR FORM AT ANY OTHER OPTICAL PLACE IN ODESSA OR MIDLAND. AND BE TOLD THEY WILL BE READY BY 4PM FOR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A NOSE PAD REPLACEMEANT. THE LADY IN THE OPTICAL SIDE ADV SHE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS ON THE OPTOMETRIST SIDE. BEFORE SHE COULD HELP A WALK IN CUSTOMER AND THAT COMMENT WAS UNCALLED FOR, ITS NOT LIKE SHE WAS GONNA DO IT FOR FREE . THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAS THAT I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THAT OFFICE. I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW OPTOMETRIST BUT IT WILL NOT BE 20/20 OPTICAL. DR MUNOZ YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WE HAVE MANY OPTIONS IN ODESSA MIDLAND

Dr munoz has been the only eye dr Ive ever gone to. I only trust him. Since hes seen my eyes since i was 12. But Today Ive been trying to order contacts. It says to leave a voicemail and when I push 0 it says mailbox is full. How can I get my script? Since he got this new management, his office personnel has definitely....not been like they used to be. Now I have to ask my parents to find time in their day to go by since this office wont answer. I need to really order contacts. If I wasn't on the road I'd definitely go myself. I guess I'll have to start going to another office to be seen. I honestly don't want to since I know Dr Munoz has been the only one to see my eyes. But I don't know what to do. I'm really disappointed.

No complaints on the physician as I have gone to Dr. Munoz for over 20yrs however his staff does not meet his work ethic especially Rebecca. She is not friendly for front desk personnel.

Staff was rude and unhelpful, and relayed derogatory information to the doc and now refuses to see my mother, didn't ask for her side of the conversation, no facts, just ASSumed what staff said was correct, and refused to get the other side. 10 out of 10, would not recomend. I'd give no stars if I could. Staff has no sence of humor. ✌🏻
