So I didn’t like the price they told me for my glasses so I told them I need my prescription so I can get my glasses from somewhere . Every time I call them they saying my information is not in their system, only it will be available after the billing department take care my bills? Seriously every time I call them they saying next week we will call you , so far no one call me . I will not recommend this place to any body . Their price is comparatively higher than other places any way .

So lucky I found this place it is close to home and the staff exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and were extremely helpful and professional from the girl at the counter to the optometrist they made me feel like I was family would recommend everyone to go their for all their optical needs best service I’ve ever encountered at an eye glass place I will go here for the rest of my life best place hands down for kids or just anybody by the one who wants good service and knowledgeable individuals Again thank you for the exceptional experience will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

My overall experience at Right Vision (New Hyde Park) was great. From the inception the service was way above par. They had a very wide selection of frames to choose from and I liked that they were very patient throughout the frame selection process.. very helpful for an indecisive person like me.. I also liked that when I returned my Insurance and final cost breakdown was already done so that definitely expedited things.. But taking care of the primary issue “my eyes” I must say that the doctor was very thorough.. My eye case is a tough one and the doctor really spent the time to make sure I was right and comfortable before walking out that door.. I’m really happy I met you guys, so many thanks to you all.

The guy who did my eye exam made fun of me because I had mild exzema and dry hands (lotion only helps for 30 minutes) My glasses also took longer to come then what they said but thats fine. I didn’t give this place horrible reviews because it was just one guy working at right vision optical not the whole staff.

So glad I met Right Vision Optical at the New Hyde Park Street Fair. I went into the store on Sunday and could not be happier with the service that I received. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable,friendly, professional and very patient. They were more interested in making sure I was happy with the glasses that I was picking out rather then making the sale . They did not rush me or pressure me. I have been to many optical stores but none compare to this one. If you need new glasses,give Right Vision Optical a try. They are located next to the New Hyde Park Diner on Hillside Ave.
