We love staff here! Dr.Chavis has seen me and my children from the time they were in kindergarten- my oldest just started college this year. She is super thorough with her patients!!! In fact, my son's eye pressure was trending towards high and she sent him to a specialist that diagnosed him with glaucoma at 16 years of age. When I say this lady is thorough, she is thorough! I sincerely feel she is the BEST!! All of the staff is so kind and wonderful too! I highly recommend this location!!!!

This place is horribleA SCAM OF A PLACE , 1st issue they are never there to answer the phone or to make an appointment they leave early when the doctor leaves and doesn’t have a phone system to make appointments. They Manipulated my mother into thinking a digital exam was a requirement and when I called about it that’s when they want to use the word recommendation after charging her they never initially seen her to tell her exactly what exam she actually needs they just want to up sell the services instead of actually helping someone. They took advantage of my elderly mom into paying for 2 digital exam. Then blamed her for not reading they paper they explained was required. I will never do business with them ever again and I urgently advise everyone to stay away from this place. They put profit and up selling before the care of their patients.

Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis.
