I can never get through to anyone in the pharmacy no matter what time of day it is. They never have the medication I need either. I try to verify my medication for my children is ready before going but they never answer the phone. Still having the same issue trying to get through.... I'm switching to CVS

I don’t know where to start. I was having such a rough night going to 4 different WU locations, with all systems down and no help from a single associate at prior stores. I called this location to see if western union was up and running, Susan sweetly answered the phone to check for me and told me yes. I drive 20 mins to the prospect park location & immediately upon walking in Susan asked me if I was there for western union, walked me over to the phone and kindly helped me get started. On top of that, when it didn’t work at first she took efforts into her own hands and helped me further until it did, I could’ve cried from pure relief and happiness. Emmy was also working and helped me locate the tracking number without me even having to ask. As someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years I recognize when I receive great service and I absolutely commend Susan and Emmy for their efforts and could not be more appreciative. I will be back to this location & recommend to all my friends and family! I’ve already shared this story tonight alone. SUSAN and EMMY THANK YOU so much for your kindness tonight, you have no idea how much I needed it.

So im Diabetic type 2 and my doctor prescribed ozempic which is pretty expensive,i went in and spoke to one of the pharmacists and she told me it would be $485 dollars, I politely declined, then as I was driving I remembered my doctor had told me to go online and get an Ozempic discount card and if you have personal insurance that you pay for they give a discount, which I did they sent me a code to go and give to the pharmacist, Which I did and she said oh you’re down to $245. Which is still expensive but it is doable so I said go ahead and fill the prescription ,then when I go back today she tells me it’s $500,,, not listening to me when I said one of your people told me it was $245 and then just shows me the computer screen with the bill on it.I feel like im getting jerked around with one person telling me one price then another one telling me an even higher price and not evan taking the time to type in the discount code.It sucks bad enough dealing with Diabetes and then having pharmacists play games with the pricing and making me go there multiple times for nothing but aggravation. No wonder the company almost went under…Lousy business practices

Don't bother calling the pharmacy. They will ignore you. If you are persistent with multiple calls, they will answer but then hang up on you. Very poor customer service. You cannot do this to people who are sick and in need of medication. Apparently I need to physically get my covid positive self to the counter if I want meds.

Instead of completing it while at the window, they have the patients doing covid testing skip the line, get OUT of their car, come in front of your car while you're waiting and drop the sample off while you're in the middle of your …

Horrible horrible experience every time my husband and I go in. From pharmacist looking past me twice and acknowledging those behind me, a third time while with my husband. Not to mention the debacle of when a man telling my husband to move the line while in pharmacy claimed he worked there but was not in uniform and was actually leaning on the pharmacy counter talking and distracting those who were working all while with a woman and child. Didn’t say anything like why we needed to move but I happen to know it’s hippa violation. How do I know he worked there I feel unsafe now to walk 1 min to get medications because he also got into my husbands face saying “what are you gonna do about it” all while wondering why the guard up front did not come back to see what the ruckus was. Do I need to have my own police escort from now on to walk 45 seconds to receive medications?

This is the world's worst pharmacy. Every time I've gone there to pick up my prescription, there has always been a problem. I've been taking the same birth control for almost FIVE years and this pharmacy still couldn't get it right. Every time I went in for my prescription, they never had it ready and I was always forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time for something so simple. On top of all of that, my mother used to use this pharmacy. She was a cancer patient and they refused to give her her medicine and made her wait a ridiculous amount of time WHILE SHE WAS TAKING OXYGEN! She almost ran out of oxygen and died because she had to wait at this pharmacy all day to get her medicine. If you go to this pharmacy, I suggest switching to CVS pharmacy. I did and its so much better. They gave me my medicine with no problem and no fees. I would give this pharmacy 0 stars, but it won't let me.

The Rx does not communicate well enough. I've not been able to get through to the pharmacy since being an rx customer. I love the convenience of this store but I like to shop where I feel my time is respected. I have hit three numerous times staying on the line within the hour and have to make a trip now.

Hopefully they don't close prospect park Rite Aid, as a pharmacy I think there one of the best, they're reasonably priced, very helpful and extremely clean.......great seasonal buys !!!!

I did not appreciate my $20 bill being checked multiple times with the counterfeit machine. Then the cashier called the manager over to double check. It was not an experience I would like repeated. The whole situation seemed very suspect, but I'm not going to go there with it. If you catch my drift.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy department. They will just ignore every call you make not matter the day or time. Wish they weren’t the closest to me. Fortune 500 company can hire somebody to answer phones. The people there are nice you just have to drag yourself there everytime you need to communicate. It’s really sad this day and age .

I’m in this store all the time. Most of the pharmacy staff knows me and my husband by name. They are always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable whenever we have questions about a medication and/or our insurance. The rest of the staff is also great. When we move, we will miss the people here quite a bit.

I am basing this review solely on my experience and interaction with the one cashier, the older woman with blonde hair. She seems to be there almost every time I go to pick up from the Amazon hub or a prescription. I refuse to do any shopping if she is at the register. I really like this store. It is clean, well stocked, and inviting to customers. But I can't bring myself to shop because of her. About a year ago I had made a purchase of some seasonal items which broke almost immediately. I kept forgetting to take it back because it was a small item that made it easy to forget. The receipt states that there is a 90 day refund policy. I took the item back just days before the expiration of the return date. The way she spoke to me was just unbelievable. She was literally arguing with me and she did not want to give me my refund. She said that the return policy did not apply to seasonal items, even though the receipt made no mention of the exception. I argued with her and then she called the manager and I was told that they don't give refunds for sale items. She gave me my money back for arguments sake. Rite Aid needs to add this exception to their receipts on the return policy, and they really should reconsider this woman as the face of their store. They have lost my business because of her. I have also told people that I know about my experience there. I just go to the renovated CVS for everything now. It's a shame though, because I really would love to browse and purchase from this store.

Wow, 24 hour covid19 testing! I went to the drive thru Labor Day and received my test results Tuesday afternoon. Whatever lab Rite Aid is using is just amazing. We need rapid tests like this. If you need a quick covid test, myself and my family have received results within 24-48 hours. FYI...

I go here every month for medicine, The main Pharmacist . Makes you feel like a Junky for needing your medication , I don't understand if my doctor prescribes my medication why judge people. She was rude on the phone to me and wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say . Very very rude , I will be changing!

I shop this Rite Aid regularly. All my Rx's are here. The Associates in the Store are always pleasant and helpful as are the managers. The specials are good and really great around a holiday. I love the discounts with my Rite Aid card. The pharmacists are friendly and top notch. I feel very secure with both Dave and Kim, they have gone the extra mile on occasion for my family. I've never had to think twice about my rx being filled correctly and in a timely manner.

Possibly the worst pharmacy in all of delco. I have a sick wife and an 18 month old that has some medical problems and when we moved to tinicum we switched to this rite aid for the convenience .. However I always call ahead to see if meds are ready as to not waste a trip and no one EVER answers the phone in the pharmacy.. It doesnt matter time of day the phone just rings and rings. Then the older woman that works in the pharmacy has no knowledge of what she is talking about ever. Terrible experience every single time

Regarding pharmacy refill prescription, called Sunday evening and confirmed a refill would be ready the following day (Monday) after 11am. I didn't arrive to pick up until Tuesday at 1pm. Was told the delivery didn't arrive yet. Should be in around 5 pm. Pharmacy should have called me to say promise made on automated system cannot be fulfilled and more time was needed. Wasted trip

They put me on an automatic system for my blood pressure medicine but I always run out before it comes. Then I call ahead and they say it will be filled but when I get there it is not done. The last time I waited for 2 hours. They said they can't change it so I am switching to CVS

I like this RiteAid, much nicer than others I've been to and the staff is friendly. I love the health and beauty section, and everything is always neat and stocked. I also fill my prescriptions here. I one time had an issue with refilling my medication and was going thru SSRI withdrawal, they were able to extend my medication for a few days till I was able to get in touch with my doctor. SSRI withdrawal is thee worst, so thankful 😌

The staff is friendly and polite whenever I go. I can’t speak for everyone else’s experiences. My problem is communication with the pharmacy. You’re talking about medication which i think is very important to some of us. So as we know people need these medications and telling someone their medication will be ready one day and it’s not can be a real problem. You can’t get anyone on the phone even if you tried your hardest. I’ve been trying to switch pharmacies for 3 days and by way of one of my biggest complaint, they just refuse to answer the phone. Sometimes they have no idea what’s going on with your meds, it’s almost like somebody is taking your stuff home for themselves with how long it can take at times to get information or your medication in general. I’m really only giving the 3 stars for the kindness of the staff but other than that I hope your life doesn’t depend on some medications you’re waiting for.
