They are very friendly and warm with a great atmosphere…. That being said my husband bought some very expensive glasses with special coating on them that didn’t even last a year which was really disappointing. It was past the warranty when we finally got time to go back in so they wouldn’t do anything; but for the price I expected a higher quality and longer lasting lense. They didn’t even last a full year. The special coating completely failed and he can’t even see out of them now. I’d recommend saving the money and just buying cheap glasses because they appear to be the same quality.

Been there several times this year for various reasons. This week I went in to pick up a recently purchased eyeglass frame with new lenses. These glasses have the same frames in a different color, same lenses, and same progressives prescription as another one they did for me last month. These glasses weren't right. The reading part was very blurry but I was told to take them home because I needed to get used to them. I explained that these are the same as another one they just did for me. She adjusted the frames once. Then she didn't recheck and said I needed to get used to them. It's very frustrating when people don't want to do their job. All she had to do was make sure they were sitting correctly on my face because that should be the only reason these glasses weren't right. Instead, she used the same line that she tried to use on me during a previous visit. I ended up feeling like I was being difficult and just wanted to get out of there. Now I have to go back and get them to do it right or go somewhere else.

Everyone here is truly wonderful. I have a huge phobia about my eyes for no good reason, but the staff here really made me feel welcome and comfortable. From check in to the exam to picking frames, everyone was absolutely wonderful. Thank you all so much for putting me at ease! Billing was straightforward and explained well, I would absolutely recommend Riverbend Eyecare.
