The optometrists we've seen in this office are very nice and friendly. Good with kids and adults. My husband went here forever, recommended it to the kids and I when we needed glasses and we love them too. The whole staff is easy to work with. Easy and uick to set up appointments. Yearly reminders when eye exams are due. Fair prices and good selection. My teenage son has broken his glasses a few times and they were able to fix them free on the spot and once sent them out to get fixed free under warranty.

The worst hours . They ordered one correct contact and the other contact wrong. This has been over 6 months ago. I am unable now to get my sons contacts because I have no PTO to take time off work to go get them. My husband took him the first couple appointments. Now he is unable to grab the contacts. They have reordered them 2x and even said they would leave them at the next door business. That is a retail store. When they ordered the 2 nd time I had requested to have them delivered to my home. All I get from them is a text message every few days saying my sons eye. Wear is ready. I will never use this place again for any of my family’s needs. Miller road store you need to do better! There hours are 9-5 or 9-6 Either way I work 9-6 every day! Take care of your clients. If you want to keep their business.

On the positive side, the receptionist were really nice, the doctor was really nice and the test that showed your retina connections was pretty cool. The glasses, when I got them, were well done.the progressive bifocal started right where I needed it this time. The not so positive side, I went in on 20th of July, and here I am on August 9 still have not received my glasses. I was told at first they could take a week at most up to two weeks I called at the one week mark seeing if glasses were in, they told me that it should be in the following week. Called the following week and they said we’re not sure, ran out of glasses material, so maybe by the end of 2nd week. And I called at the end of that week and they said oh maybe by the beginning of the third week. And called on Wednesday of the third week, and now they’re telling me it should be in by the end of the third week something about delayed shipping. I’m very frustrated, I’ve never had glasses take this long before. I used my old glasses frame instead of buying new ones; my glasses alone without the frames, with eyeglass insurance costs me between $300 - $400. I wanted to save $100+ and I liked my current frames so I opted to wear my old glasses until I got the new ones. I didn’t think it would take this long. I’ve had eyesight in which I have not been able to clearly see far away since the 20th. No discount or anything offered for the extended amount of time it’s taking my glasses to get to me. Not sure if I will return to this establishment again. The First time they were great so I went there again, but now, never in the 35 years I have had to wear glasses had I waited soo long. I got them at the end of the 3 week mark. One last note: some of the glasses lens seem to have a one year warranty if they get all scratched. If you take your glasses in to get the scratches fixed you will have to be without your glasses for at least 2 weeks, maybe count on 3 weeks.
