Professional AND personable technician listened to my concerns and clearly replied to my questions , shared results of tests, AND communicated with personable understanding that is appreciated by those of us who remain isolated to avoid covid-crud. Her eye contact, clear tenor and pace of speaking is appreciated because wearing hearing aides with a mask in not easy or sensible. When removing a mask the hearing aides become caught and fly out...often lost.

Between Dr. Balok’s highly skilled surgical ability and the technology of the eye lens that was implanted I have experienced a modern day miracle. The Doctors and staff are professional, friendly, warm and kind. We have been going to Riverside Optical for about 15 years. This past year, we have moved quite a distance away from the office but we find it worth the extra travel time to keep our Eye Care with Riverside. We have no intention on changing.
