Randy was great! He explained my insurance so I could understand it. He gave me plenty of options to customize my lens. They were very busy but I was very impressed. I'll be sending my coworkers in next week:)

They are very rude and not friendly at all. Was told to take my kids there to get their glasses. Once I walked in Jeff that worked there was very rude and loud and told me my kids would have to be with me. Took them back today and a young lady that work there told me that their glasses were out and they didn’t know when they would be in stock. No sign on the door or anything I wasn’t aware but she was so rude. They are so rude I’m counting it a blessing that I didn’t spend any money with this company. Their staff is completely rude and it’s sad if people wouldn’t do business with them their company wouldn’t exist

Can’t rate the service but I have experience with the staff. Called a day ahead to check if my insurance was accepted. I was assured that it was. Got to my appointment that I took time off work to go to, only to find out that they DIDN’T accept my insurance.
Held no one accountable and didn’t offer an apology.
It’s very clear they didn’t care about my time.
