My mom is a patient here. And we are very pleased with how Dr. Jaffer treated my mom for months of treatment. He has excellent knowledge and explains treatment plan and condition with visuals and videos. Answers all our questions and gave us enough time for any concerns or Q&A. Which most doctors don’t give. Would highly recommend Dr. Jaffer at Riz Eye care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all that you do. Awesome

Dr. Jaffer took the time to listen to my concerns/questions, and addressed them in an easy to understand manner. His friendly, down to earth approach is comforting: he is a true professional!

I've been seeing this eye doctor for a while. My only advice will be for them to verify the insurance first , before charging upfront to the patient. Very disappointed on the way my daughters care was handle it seems like money is more important to them then patient necessity. The explanation giving to me regarding the fees I was charged didn't align with what the insurance informed me . It was a constantly back and forth ordeal. I pay high money for my daughters eye visit plus my vision and medical insurance . For them not to at least verify if it could be covered. It just didn't make sense. is like paying a self pay visit. The only good thing about this is that WALMART eye center Naomi and Tiffany did do their job by verifying my insurance and making sure they charge what need to be charged to my vision care plan. Need to do better from the billing side to the Office manager as well. Hope they improve the way they do business. 😒
