Very rude women working behind the counter. Unprofessional, didn't great me with a smile or ask how I was doing. They all act as if they hated their jobs. After trying to setup an appointment I couldn't take the Unprofessional attitude and walked out. Can't said anything about the Dr. but I can say he needs to get some friendly and professional counter help. I will not be going back, he just lost a customer because of the three mean looking, mean acting and unprofessional women!

I am new to the area and needed a new optometrist. I found Dr. Ring through my insurance company website. He was the top ranked doctor on the website. I was able to make an appointment within a week of calling. When I got to the office, I filled out a short questionnaire and then was put into an exam room. Within a few minutes, we started the exam, EVerything went well and then I went out to choose my new glasses. The lady that helped me was very patient with me because it is difficult for me to choose glasses that I think will look good on me. Overall, the experience couldn’t have been better!

I dropped my old eye doctor because the support staff at the front desk and over the phone were always so rude. I went to see Dr. Ring for the first time yesterday and immediately saw the difference. From the help over the phone, to the front desk, to Dr. Ring, to the lens selection, everybody I dealt with was awesome! I'm so happy to have found an eye doctor's office that appreciates it's patients. I recommend Tri-City and Dr. Ring wholeheartedly.
