Very nice Dr. He is an older gentleman. I brought my 11 month old for a full eye exam with him today and he was very good with her. He wore a cute brightly colored tie and had lots of toys and gadgets for the baby to look at while he did the exam. She only cried just a little bit at the end. I would highly recommend Dr. Balkan and will definitely go see him again in the future, if needed.

First of all, I had to wait so long just for the doctor to tell me that my kid needed stronger glasses. I had to wait more than "30 minutes" and I could've gone somewhere else and wouldn't have waited as much. There wasn't a lot of people and there were some customers who left angry early for not being taken on time.

If I show up for an appointment an hour late you will tell me I have to reschedule. So then why is it ok to have us sitting for an hour an not have been seen. Yes I understand do to Covid things get backed up but this is insane.
