I called three times to get my prescription filled ! The wait time is around 20 minutes ! The people answered my phone is very rude and impatient ! But the doctor is very professional and nice !

I’ve seen Dr Kule at his San Mateo office. He is highly trained, personable, explains everything clearly, etc.
It’s a shame that people here left bad reviews because of a problem with pharmacy refills, which he has no control over.
