The service was top tier! The customer service was great. The service they done on my eyes was more than Dr Zoe does for their customers. If you are looking to get your eyes examine give these people a Try and you want be disappointed on the service... The side where you get your glasses 🤓 from the service is okay. Note don't call and check upon your glasses because the customer service goes down hill... I will be coming back for the eye exam with Dr Horne

A+ all around. After seeing a few recommendations on Nextdoor, the wife and I decided to give this place a try. First off, the people were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vincent gave me the most thorough eye exam I have had in years. The office was very clean and they even sanitized the pens we used to fill out the forms. Everyone was masked up and I felt very safe while there. We have found our new eye doctor because we will be definitely going back!!

If I had one word to describe my experience with Dr. Vincent and his staff, it would be exceptional! From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcomed. Dr. Vincent takes time to explain what he is doing and why it is important for your eye health. I would highly recommend eyesplus to anyone looking for exceptional care.

This place is by far the best I’ve ever visited. They provided clear answers and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor was exceptionally thorough and kind. The optical department is top-notch. I know that dealing with the public can be tricky, but the staff here has everything figured out. I will definitely consider this my go-to for eye care!

My phone call was answered by a very friendly lady, that got me worked in the same day. When I arrived, the office staff was very friendly, and my wait was very short. The Dr was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The lady on the glasses side was very knowledgeable of their products, and helped me find a pair that looked good and were comfortable. The entire office is very clean and comfortable. This was my first visit to an eye Dr, but I will definitely use them from now on.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Vincent and his staff. He determined I needed cataract surgeries and he referred me to an amazing specialist. I am now seeing 20/20. I originally took my children to Dr Vincent 30 years ago and am happy to maintain this relationship.

I had an appointment with Dr. Heba Hammami. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowlegable and friendly. And was genuinely excited to hear about how well my eyes had healed and improved after having a surgery at a different facility out of state. It took a while for me to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait. They seem like genuinely good people who care about their patients.

I'm very satisfied with my experience here! I've previous been to Optometrist who give exams, make you buy glasses/contacts and then send you on your way. Part of the checkup here includes a follow-up to make sure you're happy with what was prescribed. After my first visit the contact that I received for my right eye was slightly off and was bothering me but on the follow up visit Dr. Vincent did a thorough job of correcting the problem and now I have no issues. Contacts are ordered directly through the office at the same prices, if not cheaper, than what you would receive through 1-800 Contacts, which was what I previously used. The staff was very friendly and remembered me on my follow up visit and when I came to pick up my order. Highly recommended!

Was a patient of Dr Vincent for several years. The Eye Institute took over the practice this year. I had my first appt a couple weeks ago, I was seen nearly an hour after my appointment time. The front end staff seemed indifferent to patients. The back end staff was pleasant and apologized for the delay. Since my appt. I continue to get text messages and voice mails telling me I am over due for my appt. There seems to be significant issues occurring with this location.

A bit disappointed that they don't offer eye mapping in place of dilation, but not a deal breaker in and of itself. My experience with the doctor and staff was great, but I'm very unsatisfied with the glasses I paid a pretty penny for on top of the very respectable amount covered by my insurance. They were very cute glasses, a name brand, and I asked for the scratch resistant coating and high index because my prescription is a bit strong. Within about 6 months, the coating started coming off of the lenses and the stones decorating the frames started falling out. Having them remade was a pretty seamless process, and when I called to ask about the warranty, the lady on the phone seemed very familiar with the process and even told me I could still have them replaced one more time before they're a year old, which makes me wonder if they're used to their glasses falling apart within a few months. Sure enough, about a month later, the scratch resistant coating is scratched and peeling again on both lenses, despite using only the recommended wipes and solutions to clean them. Stones are also falling out again as well. I decided not to even bother with a 3rd replacement pair and I think I'm going to choose another eye doctor this year. Wasn't crazy about the frame selection either.

Great experience! Dr. Vincent took the time to listen to me, talk to me, and recommend the absolute best options for my eyes in terms of contacts, glasses, and health. The office is in immaculate condition - clean, modern, cozy. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. I will absolutely continue going to Dr. Vincent for the foreseeable future!

We are got the drops in my eye now got to wait for the doctor and it has been over a hour. They told my wife I be next I'm not next I been here right before 8:00 this morning and it going on 9:40 tight now. I'm going to see how much longer it will be because this is a good place to get your eye check but try of being past for not seeing the eye doctor now getting to see the doctor at 9:45

My family have been coming to see Dr. Vincent for years. We switched insurance and was no longer able to see him, along with us moving. But now that we have better insurance, I called today to see if we can set an appointment with him and his staff, and the new owners said Dr. Vincent has retired now 2yrs. So sad. He was awesome with our eye care and his staff was impeccable. We loved them and I pray he is doing well in his retirement. Thanks Again for your service. ❤️

My father is 96 and has been bedridden for some time now. He fell in a nursing facility and shattered his glasses. I called this facility because they prescribed his glasses. They said his prescription expired so they can’t legally reorder a pair. Nonsense! Impossible to transport him without hiring an ambulance and he has dementia/alzheimers. So now he also can’t see clearly to watch TV. Boo! I won’t be back; they just lost 3 clients. UPDATE: In fairness, I opted to call back and left a message on the ‘doctors voicemail’, explaining the situation and my request. I got a call back and was assured that my dad’s glasses would be ready the next day. Dad is happy and I am delighted to report that the dismissive attitude by a receptionist doesn’t permeate the entire practice. I’m changing the rating to 4 stars as a result. BTW, the optician is delightful!

I just finished up my second visit at this location and I must say, I'm happy to have found my new eye care home. From the front desk to the technicians and the doctor, every person I encountered was helpful and kind. It is clear that they all care about their patients and love what they do.

I have an appointment scheduled at 10:45. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early!! Now it’s 11:20 and know one will even lmk what the hold up is. Been sitting here for over an hour!!! Based on my experience so far I would not recommend this place anyone! Staff just keeps on walking by not even acknowledging my presence and so far I have been waiting well over an hour!

Preface this with,like many others I have major anxiety so I don’t do well in any medical like setting. I ended up Loving all the ladies from the front desk to Dr. Horn and even when you head to the other side to pick out glasses. Many places like this tend to make you feel rushed,forced or just obligated. They were willing to show you things in just your price point without upselling but also anything else that we may have liked. Just overall impressed from start to finish and I loved the girl power running through the office. Awesome to see. See you ladies in a year. Well this week to pick up my new glasses but THEN another year. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! Thankyou again for a very calm space to enter into with great employees. They were worth this novel of a review.

For regular patients of this practice, please know that Dr. Vincent retired at the end of 2022. I was not informed of this and was quite puzzled when I came in for may appointment in January and was asked to fill out new patient paperwork. When I inquired as to why, I was then informed that Dr. Vincent sold the practice and was no longer there. I was also told they didn't inform anyone about this change. At the time his name was still on the door. The practice was not particularly convenient to me, but I thought Dr. Vincent was an excellent optician so I made the trip when appointment time came. Since he's no longer there, my reasons for visiting no longer exist.

My wife and I have enjoyed going there for years but this morning went in and the staff, including the doctor, were not wearing masks. They were close together in one place. They only wear masks when with patients. Safety is super big deal for us, so we left. It seemed incredible to me that my work office is more medically careful than a doctor's office. Sorry to post this but I think some will want to know.

My husband and I have been going to Eyes Plus for many years. Dr. Vincent and his staff are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Appointments are scheduled appropriately. Dr. Vincent always spends enough time with his patients to explain and provide options when needed. Eyes Plus is a stand alone, totally clean and well maintained, facility.
