Today I called to reconfirm my mothers appointment and to make sure if she needs to fill out any paperwork for it to be email so she can have it ready on the day of her appointment. The person helping me said her name was Sweet. Ms Sweet has no customer service skills. She was extremely rude, just wanting to fight on the phone. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor and she said she was not available. I asked to be transferred to a coworker and her reply was “only if you speak Spanish” I certainly do. The young lady that took care of me after was extremely professional (I can still hear Sweet screaming in the back that why did she have to give me her name when she already did) Yaimira gave me great customer service and should be allowed to train Sweet. This will only help your office. Great doctors should have the best people representing their office.

Receptionist was very rude I guess is the same recepcionist we all talk about here I spoke to the Manager today and complain on the rudeness of this same receptionsit I was there 2 weeks agaoan I witness this receptionist been very rude to another patient today it was my turn for her to be rude to me she sits on the right of the desk she does not have any courtesy what so ever she should be remove from that position she has no customer service skills what so ever it reall gives Beraja a bad image .

I have been a Patient of Dr Berajas Eye Institute for a year . Dr Beraja Operated my Upper eyelids on March 6,2023. It's now March 30 th and I'm like New . On monday April 3rd Dr Beraja is going to Operate my lower eye lids. Im extremely thankful and Pleased with dr Berajas good sense of humor, his kindness , professionalism .Dra Yaritza Flores is my eye Dr at Dr Berajas eye Institute. She is also very Professional and very kind. The Personnel has Improved a lot . Adonai is super nice. Elita is very helpful. Everyone on.the 2nd floor are very professional. The whole crew on the 1st floor is Admirable. Ex: Jose, Desi, Rodrigo. I'm very thankful with Everyone at Dr Berajas eye Institute . I highly recommend them.
