How can you possibly not have 0 stars for a review? I would definitely give this place less than 0 stars if I were able to. The doctor called me stupid. Because I didn't understand why he wanted to do one Eye before the other eye, that was more blurry. He then told me to leave. Because I was quote yelling at him. I tried to explain my situation. What I was telling him. He told me that I was dismissed. I asked all of his assistants and nurses if I was yelling, or if they heard me yelling, and they've said they heard no such thing. This doctor definitely has a serious God complex. If you don't treat him like God, he'll act like a god and tell you he can't help you or won't help you. Simply awful and truly awful. Not his staff, just the doctor.

Rockford Eye and Laser Center is a wonderful place …. from the first time I walked in, to the end of my treatment .. every person was skilled, welcoming, caring, and professional! Dr. Yoon is an excellent surgeon and performed my cataract surgery without a problem. I am able to see amazingly well, without glasses or contacts! Thank you all!!

Waited several months for an appointment. I was seen, then told it would be a another couple months before my next appointment for the procedure. I was in need with a large and growing chalazion on my eyelid obstructing my vision. It swelled further and I phoned asking if we could expedite the procedure. They brushed me off and I told them I'd be looking elsewhere. I had the procedure performed in the next few days by an office who cared about my timely need. The procedure only took a half hour. Lazy office unable to prioritize someone in need vs a profitable procedure with no necessary expedition like lasiks. Recap: made me wait 2 months for initial appointment and were happy to take my money, wanted me to wait another couple for a half hour procedure. I had a referral, they should've been prepared to do the rudimentary procedure on the spot without consultation like the other office did. Profit before care
