This place is at the top of their game!! I came in for cataracts, (which I haven't had the surgery yet), but the front desk was awesome. The doctors that did my exams were very knowledgeable and professional. I needed some further exams done before the surgery and 1 of them had to be done with another eye care facility due to my insurance and the front desk had me set up and an appointment scheduled for the next day within 5 minutes. You just don't get that kind of customer service anywhere nowadays. I was impressed at every step so far. I would recommend Dr Michael Burrow and Rocky Mountain Eye Care to anyone needing a good Opthamologist. My Thanks, David Kelly

Not bad at all. Took my 10 year old to complete his physical and our pediatrician said his eye screen showed some astigmatism. We were referred here to complete an eye exam and to further discuss what we learned at his physical. Dr said, it’s not bad enough that he needs glasses but to follow up if his next physical shows further concern. Wait time was not long at all. The clinic area is clean and people are kind to keep distance. Thanks for an awesome visit!

Both my mom and I have received a lot of care here over several years. My mom has trouble with double vision and dry eye, but they haven't done too much to address the double vision other than repeated prescriptions that don't seem to solve the problem. I also have vision issues, and I just can't seem to get a perfect prescription from them. My primary issue with them is most of the doctors' assistants (techs?) are pretty chilly. My mom came with me on a visit and asked one of the assistants if she could ask them a question, and they blatantly ignored her the entire appointment. Quality of doctors depends on who you get. It seems like you have to call repetitively and beg essentially to take you even a little bit seriously.
