Didn't communicate with the referring doctor, Didn't do the correct exam, so my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. I was forced to pay $200 for virtually nothing accomplished. The receptionist was rude and didn't seem to care that their mistakes cost me money I shouldn't have had to pay out, for absolutely nothing accomplished. I would not recommend this facility. Reached out to Gavin twice since his reply to my review. He never returned my call. Seems the CEO responds to bad reviews to make it appear the company cares. Again, I would not recommend this company.

Wow, this place has gone seriously downhill. They have a serious customer servos problem. It’s like nobody cares anymore. Very disappointed!

The Doctor is excellent and did an awesome job. Her assistant was also excellent. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 was the receptionist and the person ordering the glasses. Both were short with us. My children have special needs and it was uncomfortable dealing with them.
