One of the worst places to go. The doctor is very rude and disrespectful. Told me I was a bad mother to my face because my son was not there for his eye exam the year before. Also told me that I wanted to go blind because I haven't went in since 2017. But his breath smelled horrendous like he never brushes his teeth. Then he had the audacity after he disrespected me to claim that he was not going to give me my examination. I pick out frames, I go to pick them up, The young lady opens the case and it wasn't even the frames that I choose. So of course they made me wait another week for me to pick up my glasses. I get a phone call the Friday when they were ready again. I explained to the young lady, that I had to work and I was not available to pick up my glasses on Saturday. Lack communication there, because then I get a phone call on Saturday while I'm at work letting me know my glasses are available. Hopefully, when I go pick them up tomorrow they're the correct frames this time.

I love the doc. He actually listens to me and doesn't make me want to punch him in the face. Now the front desk it's like talking to a wall or they always have a attitude. I am sorry someone else pissed you off but I am just asking a simple question. Then the people in the back are so unorganized and I tell them 10000x I have been wearing contact lenses since I was 13. I always have my insurance pay for my contacts and I pay for my glasses. And they look at me like I don't know what I am talking about. Then they tell me oh we don't have these contact lenses in the back. I am like you didn't even look. The guy looked at me and I was like well are you going to make me look. So he got up and looked. Then he said something in Spanish to the other girl not knowing that me& my ma speak it. So after he said his bullsh!t my ma talked to him in Spanish and he quickly changed his attitude. Then nobody wants to answer the phones or call people back. I wish this doc was somewhere else because that is the only reason I go there

Well this was it for me. Im not mad at this practice, just disappointed, I guess. Ive been coming here for more than 10 years and over the course of the 10 years, I’ve consistently had to call multiple times to get anyone to pick up the phone (whether it was the front desk, or the optical office). When I did eventually decide to just leave a message, with all of the appropriate information, nobody ever reached back out to me. Called back a week later and asked if my glasses were ready and if they got my contact order, and they never got my message that I left. They still rely on sticky notes to communicate. Lastly, i went in today, and they were closed during their normal business hours with several patients waiting in the lobby outside of the practice, all with appointments. I like Dr Rojas, he seems like a very nice guy, but I will probably not come back here. I simply waste too much time trying to get simple things done. Answer the phone the first time around, listen to messages left on the voicemail, update your communications system, and I’ll consider staying. This place just needs to be brought into the 21st century with a major overhaul on customer service.
