All the staff is kind, efficient, and professional. The optometrist had a great demeanor with my teen daughter and took the time to explain eye health. The optometrist assistant was very helpful in finding the most economical way to use my insurance and educated me on the rebates offered. Very helpful! They have a very streamlined thought out process.,
Had a great experience here recently! I was due for new glasses, and heard good things about them. Didn’t have appointment; just walked in and met with optician Allison with no waiting. It’s a large beautiful office with plenty of room and displays.
Front desk staff were nice and efficient with my insurance and prescription/information.
Allison picked out several frame choices, was upfront about costs and options, and I narrowed it down from there.
I felt valued as a customer and that Allison listened to my needs and concerns. She was very friendly!
I look forward to getting my new glasses (with bonus clip on sunglasses) in a few weeks. I’ll leave follow up comments.

Excellent place for all your eye needs. The staff is so friendly and sweet. It’s a solid family business, and everyone has lovely chemistry working together. The Doctors are so personable, thorough, and do an excellent job at making sure you feel you are taken care of and in good hands. My insurance isn’t technically covered here, but they offer a reasonable and fair discount to work with it! Frankly, I don’t mind one bit and it’s worth every penny. The staff really makes this a game changing experience in that I actually enjoy going for my annual check ups, and happily go for frames, contacts, etc.! A couple years ago 2 staff members helped me pick out some of my favorite frames. They were so accommodating helping me narrow down my choices, and I felt confident with my choices. Roland Optics carries a wide selection of designer frames that might not be available at other spots too, which is a huge plus! Highly recommend, I’d still go here if I lived further than 20-30 minutes away! Thank you Roland Optics team for being awesome!!!
