No organization what so ever! I gave all information over the phone prior to my appointment and yet was turned away on the day of my appointment due to not having my insurance card (wallet was stolen) however, I did have the card shown on the website. I’ve worked in the medical/dental field for many years and this is NOT how you handle a practice and the patients. My sister sees this doctor and I have met him on one of her visits. He was very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner.

I have been seen Dr Mc Farland for almost 20 year never experienced I doctor like this doctor he make you very comfortable and look into every details of your eyes . His staff is professional and courteous my Dr Mc Farla Dan go over and beyond to make sure you are taken care of I remecomend him 💯 percent. Yes I didn't know that there is a review panel so I am now writing my review I move away over 18 time as an evangelist and I make sure I don't missed my appointment Dr I salute and appreciate you God Bless you always I am Dawn Cobur

My husband has even going to McFarland for about 3 years. McFarland himself is a good doctor and a really nice man. That office staff he has needs to be fired on spot. Some of the most ratchet people I've ever had to do dealings with. Rude, keep you on hold most of the time the right hand never knows what the left is doing
