If i could give a negative amount of stars it would be -10. They overcharged me for services when it was written in black and white that I had a zero dollar copay. The contacts Dr. Ronald gave me also caused my eye to become very red and irritated . I've been wearing contacts since the 3rd grade and that has NEVER happened to me. Maybe 3 weeks after my visit, I lost my original prescription. I requested they send me a copy of my to MY office where I am the manager and they wouldn't send it to me, I have to come back. Long story short DON'T GO THERE unless you absolutely have to. They will take your money and aren't cooperative AT ALL.

Dr. Smith is always thorough, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 20 years. We can’t speak highly enough of him and totally recommend him.

Great first time experience, their customer service was beyond amazing! All the office staff were amazing as well. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place 100%!!
