If I could give zero I would. Not only was she abrupt and harsh as a professional but overheard her belittling a technician for something minuscule and out of their control. I normally don’t give any reviews but her demeanor and condescending attitude toward her subordinates warranted this extra effort. Also I came in for a simple stye, not only did she not treat it but exacerbated it. Incompetent, rude and obviously egocentric.
