Best eye appointment EVER - very kind & great work!

Very helpful team here. Although I did not have an appointment I was seen. I was told my problem in layman’s terms and all of my questions were answered and my fears put to rest. Highly recommended!!!!

I just called to ask when there was availability, and when I explained my situation to whoever answered the phone she automatically replied with " I don't have anything available today, and nothing for the rest of the month ok?" in those exact words and rude tone.... IDK who put sandpaper in her toilet seat.

The lady at the front desk was fighting with an elderly woman very disrespectful ! cursing and very unprofessional in front of everyone , doctors are good but the staff it’s going to have this place close down eventually . never again , can’t wait to get this over with and leave this place immediately.

Straight forward answers from Doctor and Staff. Didn't have to wait long. They are very professional and understanding.

Took Time out my Day to rush to catch the doctor before 5 .I Arrived @ 3:49 to be told that the doctor left . A call would have saved me alot and i wud have made more money staying @ work . :(

I have had good and bad experiences here. I used to have a great doctor, after she left there was a void and none of the doctors were any good. They have one there now who seems OK but he’s only in one day a week. I have also had problems with one of the receptionists never delivering my messages to the doctor. Have also had extensive wait times and doctors have been very late. I’m only still there now because of the one good doctor I have found there, and I have tried other doctors and have not found much better In my area. I must say, Josh the tech is absolutely FANTASTIC. I wish he was the doctor. You can’t go wrong in Josh’s hands.

I recommend making an appointment here if you love wasting your time. They skip patients and make you wait hours. The doctor may be decent but nothing can replace your valuable time.
