Dr. Barrera has been my eye doctor for over 20 years, since I was younger and now he’s the trusted doctor for both of my boys too. His knowledge and expertise are truly unmatched, and he always takes the time to make sure we understand everything about our eye health. His care is thorough, genuine, and top-notch every single time. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and professional, making every visit a great experience. Everyone is very professional

I have been seen by the good Dr. for many years now. Unfortunately I am very displeased with the service the staff provides. I have yet to receive a phone call back after calling to set up appointments and/or ask questions. I have had to be seen at last minute and have been told I need an appt. I cant afford to go blind waiting for his staff to provide better customer service. I have voiced my concerns but nothing has changed. I will be seeking a new Dr. at this point.

The doctor is great, but the staff is so disorganized. 1st they overcharged my copay, 2nd they offered me a refund or to order contacts, I asked for the contact 2 mths later no contacts. I called and asked the status on my contacts then informed me that they never ordered it. I asked for a refund since they never did the order and still haven't received the refund either. Staff is very polite and nice but disorganized. Will have to look for another dr.

Great service

Dr. Barrera is very kind and warm while performing his job to the highest level. In my visit, I never doubted I was in good hands. He was knowledgeable about the latest technology and products for contact lenses and glasses, but explained everything to me in an easily understood language. He went out of his way to make sure I was very well served as his patient.
