The doctors are fine, nothing wrong with them. However, the staff is absolutely terrible about following up on any promises - liking letting me know my insurance benefits so I can purchase glasses from them! Or emailing me the results of my eye tests. My biggest gripe is their billing. It is 2023 and they are the only vendor I have who insists that you mail them back a check or write down your credit card information (including CVV code) . To do this, they require YOU to purchase a stamp and an envelope. Most of us have no need for those anymore. The other alternative is to provide your credit card number to a staff member OVER THE PHONE. Seriously? Especially when they seem to have a high turnover of staff (along with low Glassdoor reviews)? It seems that the owner Dr. Rosin reads these reviews. He should know that a quality payment gateway offers a great way for his customers to pay easily and AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. It will benefit his business as well. Having the money in your bank account sooner is good, right? I've been coming to Rosin for a few years at least three times a year to monitor a potential eye condition as well get prescriptions, contact fittings, etc. This issues annoys me to the point to where I feel I should go somewhere else. Please wake up and implement a proper billing system and let me know when it's available. I'm not buying stamps and envelopes for you.

I've been going to Rosin for years, but they were remarkably rude and inept recently. They could not figure out if my prescription was changing for one eye or both eyes and then officially put in an old prescription. When I called to get this cleared up, they acted like I was stupid for changing my prescription and hung up on me.

Great team of professionals! Doctor Jacqueline Rola and the rest members of the staff gave me a wonderful experience. Many thanks to all of them.
