Time for yearly eye exam! The optometrist at Rosin is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff is proficient and likeable. They have lots of eye glasses frames to choose from and I go here every year.. I am never disappointed.

I usually don't give bad reviews, but I was not satisfied with the service I received. I understand that a new computer system slows processing, but every employee struggled with entering anything and spent 10 minutes working with a trainer to work. But I was really disappointed with the service afterward. My first pair of glasses was okay, but my second one was never sent. I had to call every week or every day to find out what was happening because no one would call me back. Finally, it was determined they submitted my glasses to the wrong laboratory because my insurance did not pay for my second pair. Finally, after two months, I have my glasses, and to be honest, I am not crazy about the prescription because I do not feel I see better with them. I am shopping for a new eye doctor in the future.

I actually had a horrible experience. While the doctor was great and professional, the support staff was rather incompetent and was constantly confused about how to go about their job.
After selecting a frame, I was told my glasses will be ready in 7-10 days.
I call them two weeks later to check in and they kept me on hold till the line cut off or told me they cannot find my glasses but will call me back.
After 2 more days, I go in person to check on my glasses and they profusely apologize because some how my glasses were never shipped to the lab and are actually still in the shop and the order was not submitted. I was offered a discount and was promised they would have my glasses shipped overnight to the lab. I was also asked to call back two days later for an ETA on my glasses.
Guess what happened two days later? My order was still not submitted because they could not figure out which frame to process.
I am entering my fourth week now without my glasses and my work and daily function is impaired. The lack of care and inadequate performance is unbelievable. Based on my experience, the staff at this particular branch is not trustworthy and is in great need of training on customer care and on their internal operations.
