I was referred here by my doctor and a week later still no call. I even called the office and was told someone will get back to me. Still nothing. Will have to look elsewhere. If this is the experience and Im not even a patient yet, it will most likely be the same as a patient.

I kept telling Dr Redding it was so blurry, I couldn't tell which lens was clearer. He would not listen. He would not increase the strength. I left with a prescription for 150 lenses. I have been wearing 250 lenses for years and need something stronger. Dr Redding also says I don't need corrective lenses to drive but I can't pass my vision test at the DMV. Total waste of time and I have been arguing with insurance for 6 weeks now. They don't want to pay for another exam. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, NOT DRIVE FOR A YEAR???
