I was sent to Ross Institute Northtown by my opthalmologist, Dr. Sandra Everett, for refraction. I found the staff extremely friendly, and the refraction performed by Dr. Mankiran Singh excellent. I was under the impression that the visual acuity in my left eye could not be improved. Dr. Singh proved otherwise. I assume the condition of the parking lot surface has been repaired by now! Besides, as a tenant, the parking lot was probably beyond Ross Institute's control.

I absolutely love this Ross Eye Institute. I been a patient for over 10 years, I started at the Institute on Main St. first, now I’m here on Sheridan Dr. The employees are very nice and friendly would not go anywhere else.

Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time but thankfully I had no other plans. The examination was thorough and pleasant. Very informative, Allison took great care to explain her findings and plans for further action.
