Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time but thankfully I had no other plans. The examination was thorough and pleasant. Very informative, Allison took great care to explain her findings and plans for further action.

I was sent to Ross Institute Northtown by my opthalmologist, Dr. Sandra Everett, for refraction. I found the staff extremely friendly, and the refraction performed by Dr. Mankiran Singh excellent. I was under the impression that the visual acuity in my left eye could not be improved. Dr. Singh proved otherwise.
I assume the condition of the parking lot surface has been repaired by now! Besides, as a tenant, the parking lot was probably beyond Ross Institute's control.

I absolutely love this Ross Eye Institute. I been a patient for over 10 years, I started at the Institute on Main St. first, now I’m here on Sheridan Dr. The employees are very nice and friendly would not go anywhere else.
