A year ago, I went to Rossetti for an eye exam and my first pair of glasses. I enjoyed my experience with them then. A year later, I ended up losing my glasses with no luck finding it. I gave Umberto a call, and explained my situation. He told me to come in and he'll take care of me. I get to Rossetti around 5pm, and he helped me pick out a few frames. I no longer have the eye plan under my insurance. Regardless of that fact, he really gave me a good price, not for one frame and lenses, but for two pairs. Two days later, my glasses were ready, and I can see clearly again. Thank you Umberto, you have a loyal customer. To anybody looking, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

I picked up my 5th pair of glasses from this shop the other day and could not be more pleased. In addition to the all-around friendly service, Umberto is great at selecting frames. I bought the first one he picked out. Even though I tried others, the first was the best. And I appreciated the extra time he took to explain my new prescription written specifically for long stretches of computer work.
