Dr Fowler was so mean she yelled at me because my 3 year old started crying mind you we were waiting for our appointment for over 2 hours and then when it was our turn she yelled at me again because my 3 year old was singing and told me to wait outside and told the receptionist to change our location so we couldn’t come back which I am glad because I didn’t want to deal with her

The woman I spoke with was rude. She went off to speak to her colleagues about a prescription card I had and openly started laughing and giggling so everyone could hear them. I left.

Was a excellent optometrists. Found out today they no longer accept patients under the age of 18. Of course they didn't tell their existing patients that they had changed business plans. Now I have to find someone new for my kid. They have been his only optometrist his whole life

Love how Dr Lynch worked with my daughter who wasn’t easy to dilate love this doc she’s sweet and really works with her patients always

My first time here and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and caring. I never felt uncomfortable during my visit there. Very clean and easy to get by. Overall a great group of people to be around. I would recommend this place for sure.

Worse eye clinic u can imagine with ur own eyes to be seen from front desk to there lies and services I will never return this place or even out my hands in there front door entrance no more workers have attitude and non respect and no knowledge be careful when u make appointment they will say u have authorization and last minute they will cancel ur appointment and lie to u because never had authorization!!!

I found Royo Eye center on a whim because I wanted to get my eyes checked before going out of town. Also, it was overdue. I called them and they were able to schedule me the same day because of a few cancellations. The front desk is really helpful and friendly! Everyone in that office is super helpful. Dr. Tran is really good. Definitely will come back in the future.

I took a family member in for an emergency visit. The staff was very kind and communicative. They were very upfront about pricing which was much appreciated.

Very professional. Very informative. No long wait times and their time-“frames” are very reasonable. Got my glasses with the exact requirements.

The worst place to be referred by your physician, I have waited 3 months then exact day of appointment it got rescheduled, again at the appointment day I was there fill out the form got my ID so I was waiting for doctor to be seen , again they came and says sorry there is miss understanding your appointment is after three months, so I think they are accepting patients based on looks, and religious, and they are not care about your health and problems. Think twice before to chose them as your eye doctor.

Always a great experience here! The staff is polite and helpful. The doctors are so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I’ve come in regularly for glaucoma checks and have never had a bad experience.

The receptionist was very informative , pleasant , the lady optometrist was great, explaining each procedure test for accurate examination and recommendations for better sight. The best eye exam I've experienced to date. Thank you

I've called a few times with no answer, I called back and someone picked up and hung up immediately.

I’ve been trying call them for 3 days no answer I left a voicemail for them to call me back no response is this really a professional business

I can't make an earlier appointment for an eye exam to buy lenses. I lost one lens and now I can't see anything. This is not life, but hard labor. The eye test takes 5 minutes. We've been talking to support on the phone longer. I don't believe you can't accept me in less than 2 months...

As soon as I walked in the door the young lady to the left was extremely friendly she was great. The doctor was amazing, she took her time explained everything that she was doing. I've been to both of there locations, the one near Elk Grove doesn't compare to the one by Garfield

Unprofessional and indifferent. Took a few days to get a hold of them on the phone. I got connected and was disconnected while on hold. Called again, and the receptionist talks to other patients and staff while putting me on hold, I try to her what information she needed but then I get completely unheard. Office booked for a few months out so they don’t seem to care about new patients. I will go to another office.

Really bad receptionist, rude bad attitude didn’t listen to what question I asked in first place simply told us we needed a referral even tho what I asked was just a simple yes no question, loud ugly tone.

Staff is always friendly with me. i had my glasses for about 3 months and I stepped on them and they quickly and easily swapped them for a new pair at no cost.

The staff is great! Appointments are necessary only accepting new patients if you are referred by your doctor.

Literally watched Dr Fusun Fowler yell at an elderly Asian man for asking a question. He was sitting in the waiting room for a post op appointment for 2+ hours past his time. He was so sweet and asked her if she could look at his eye so he could please go home. That doctor stepped aggressively at that poor man like a bully, and yelled, "YOU CAN WAIT YOUR TURN LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!" It was disgusting. Don't waste your time. The staff was sweet, but that doctor should be held accountable. So mad, 0 stars for that bully woman. Go see doctor Jacob, he is amazing

Worst ophtometrist in town, bad experience with the front, and dr Sohal, even worst. Never again. Want to go there so i don't have to drive to Roseville for eye surgery.

The entire staff from the front office, assistant, and Dr were very friendly and professional. They got me in and out fairly quickly for a complete eye exam. I wish I'd have known that I should have not driven myself though. It wasn't until I was finished the paperwork after being halfway through the appointment that I read IF I was administered eye drops to dialaye that I shouldn't drive. I was unaware I was getting this done until I was getting it done. Also I was written a Rx for glasses which I didn't have the opportunity to choose frames because the person that doesn't this was not there. I was told to check her availability at all locations as her hours vary and are limited per location

I am a patient of the Roseville location. I called twice and left a voice mail and no one returned my call. I finally reached them on my 3rd try after several weeks to set up an appointment. First they told me I can’t see a doctor until 12 months after my last visit. After I told them about my night blindness, they told me to wear night glasses. I told them this is serious and they told me I have to pay out of pocket to see a doctor which I agreed. I was scheduled to see a doctor at their “Citrus Heights” location. I called the office on the day of my appointment because there’s no Citrus Heights location listed in their website - but sadly again no answer! So, I looked up the doctor’s name and found her address at Citrus Heights. However, she was not at that location and when I called, it went to voice mail!!!! Called again - same thing. By the time I finished searching for the closest address, I was late for my appointment. I drove to the location at Laurel Hill Sacramento (not Citrus Heights) - which is about another 2 miles or so of driving around to find the place (with traffic). I finally arrived at the location, still not knowing whether I was at the right place. Turned out it was the right location. Because I was late, the doctor could not see me and no available appointments until March! Had someone answered the call, I would have made it to the right place in time for my appointment. Had they told me my appoint is in Sacramento, I wouldn’t have looked for Citrus Heights! But none of them have time to answer the phone or a bit concerned about my night blindness……If you’re looking for quality care, this is not the place.

The eye doctors here are great. Staff is friendly and helpful! Glasses are taking a while because of Covid but other than that no complaints!

Worse place to go this is the second time that we came to the office and they cancel our appointment right went we are in the office so unprofessional place, they keep rescheduled but always happen wen we are in the office, both offices Roseville and this one too.

I called on July 2nd this office they tolled me they will call back but they didn't. then on July 6th I went there about my file for eye exam, the receptionist not so old woman she was so rude, and angry might be resist she did not want to do my job, so I recommended nobody go there.

You have a tech Sandy who has always been helpful to me and my neice Blair. She's helped me setting up appointments and a variety pleasantries making sure things were going well. I find the folks overall at this office do their best to make clients comfortable and welcome.

This has been the worst eye clinic ever. I got appointment at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:15 to make sure to do all the necessary paperwork. After checking in, I waited for one hour for my name to be called. Their customer service is the worst too.

Today was my first time coming here. I'm 31 and have never had my eyes checked. This place was sooo Awesome. The ladies here were Super friendly kind sweet and just Sooo nice. They really made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or feel like they didn't care. It was also really clean. The experience was a good one. Its nice when you feel taken cared of. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Nice place and Sweet woman working here.

Read the mixed reviews before my appointment but I was pleasantly surprised with today's exam. The lady at the desk and another lady in the office were very friendly and accommodating. The tech was caring and the doctor I had took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Little wait and outstanding experience. Highly recommend based on today's appointment!
