Haven't gotten my eyes checked since I was in middle school and I got an appointment the same day. there super nice and friendly people.

I would not recommend. 1) the eye dr is only available 3-5 on Wednesdays, and that's really too small of a window. 2) partially because of point #1, it took almost 3 months for me to finally get a valid contacts prescription. The other reason it took so long is because the dr didn't give me an accurate prescription for my contacts the first time, so I had to come back again. 3) when I did come back to get a prescription that worked for me (& was the correct strength), the dr was condescending and told me that my vision was "good enough" when I had questions about why I've seen more clearly before from different drs than I did with his prescription strength. My vision gets worse every year and I think an eye dr should understand that. 4) the dr sneezed into his hand in front of me and didn't use hand sanitizer or wash his hands. I think this one speaks for itself...

Besides the fact that they answer the phone super rudely and unprofessional! Their prices are WRONG! In their website it states that the exam is $69 and when you get there they charge ya $79!! Their excuse is not updating their website? I know it’s only $10 more but the fact that they give you attitude and have this false advertisement just makes it twice worse! Save your money and time and go to another optometrist to get your exam done!!

The very best place to get your glasses or contacts. These people are sooo nice - such good people. They literally saved me in my emergency today!! Here’s the scoop: I got my glasses and contacts here last year for a really reasonable price. I remembered them being so helpful and honest. A few days ago, I sat on my glasses and cracked the frames! 😩 so I started wearing contacts again. Then last night, my contact got stuck in my eye. I tried for an hour to get it out. I finally had to go to sleep and this morning I could not get it out and my eye was so red and irritated. This has never happened to me before. I called RR Optometry today and explained the situation and they said I could come in immediately. Dori looked at my eye with her optometric equipment and discovered the contact was up inside of my eyelid. She was able to successfully remove the contact from my eye like a pro sergeant! OMG -What a relief. 😅 I was so gracious and wanted to pay her for her time. She wouldn’t let me pay her and just asked if I’d leave a review instead! At the same time they got me a new pair of frames (only $49) and swapped my lenses out. She also gave me lens cleaner and eye drops to care for my eye just because she genuinely cared for me. It feels so good to know that other people love and care for others. 🙏🏻💞 I don’t know what I would’ve done without her expert care and compassion. Highly recommend this store to anyone in need of examinations, glasses, or contacts!

I had an appointment at 2, and the doctor walks in the door at 2:50. The employees are nice which is why I’m not giving 1 star, but making a patient wait an hour is unprofessional.

I’ve been going to them for years .I I used to go to a place in downtown family friends.I wanted a place closer but just as good. I am so happy I found RR optical could not be happier.I feel welcomed and cared for best place I recommend it

This place is horrible 1st they have really bad customer service they will not try to help you. front desk needs to be replaced as soon as possible!!!! 2nd i had a made an appointment for my daughter here i was told i was going to receive an appointment confirmation i never did they were able to get an approval by her medical to get her eye exam properly done since she already went through a pediatric eye exam!!!!!!!! and that is something this people do not understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called them today 7/2/2025 to reschedule her missed appointment and all of sudden they can not see her i called my daughters medical and they got charged for an appointment were she was never seen!!!!! and now this DR CANT see her shame on you for charging medical and other insurances a co payment for appointments being made and not serving them!!!!!!!!!! mind you they cant see her because she is 5 years old and has autism they do not like dealing with kids with disabilities according to their DR

Amazing Optometrist! They literally got me in the same day last minute before they close! I went in at 4:15pm today and walked out with 2 boxes of new contact lenses! They are also really adorable! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to buy my contact lenses from here but used to make sure to give you an eye test first. Went recently and just gave me contacts without the test and they were not the correct size. Waste of money I rather pay extra for the test.
