Please save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. Our family of 5 has had nothing but trouble. This was our first time here, we switched from a different provider because this was closer to home, we've had nothing but a headache trying to sort it out since. Billing issues, wrong materials used for high prescription glasses, failed eye exams from other providers wearing the brand new glasses from here. An eye infection for my teenager because they convinced us to get her monthly contact lenses which should never be given to a teenager because they aren't responsible enough to take care of them for that long. Took 3 months to get all the contacts another family member ordered. another issue with feeling nauseous for another family member that they were never able to figure out what was wrong. I got my money back and glasses were perfect first try at new provider. One of the doctors is completely arrogant and condescending, he doesn't care if your child says she can't see in their glasses because according to his exam she should. He will also call you names when you push back. Over the past 5 months we've been going here we've run into front desk staff that clearly don't care about their jobs and are less than friendly, not all of them but some sit there and complain about the other staff while customers can hear. I've since heard of other customers that have had bad experiences and can't see out of their glasses as well. I really could go on and on with reasons why not to go here so I hope you at least consider it before going through the headache we did or ask your friends and family to see if any of them have went here, if you find someone I would almost bet they have had a less than desirable experience.

Rule Eye Care Associates has always given me great personal service. I walk in and I am greeted by my name. They are honest with telling me if I should order new glasses or not. I have a difficult lens correction, my eyes horizontally are not even and I see double. Highly recommend.

Became a new patient here and was instantly impressed.Everything was organized, the office is beautiful, and clean too. Julia at the front desk was kind, professional, and went over the top to exceed my needs when checking in and checking out at my appointment this last week.Dr. Schrauben did a through eye exam for me, explained everything he was doing, and asked if I had any questions. Then when I went to optical to pick out contact lenses, Rich was so kind and went the extra mile for me to make sure I had both prescriptions for my contacts and glasses. Overall, my experience at this office was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I will be going there again for sure.
